Couscous

Experimenting with grains. This really wasn’t a big stretch for me, since I love pasta and rice in all of their many varieties. I cooked it up just like my pilaf, sauteed with onions and simmered in chicken broth. It was fast, easy and delicious. And it was a hit with my whole family. We even got my finicky five-year-old to eat a bit after we told her it was just like spaghetti and covered it with parm (“shaky cheese”).
