Day 31

Edamame

A vegetarian coworker gave me some of these to try. It’s a good little snack. Not as good as fresh beans or peas, which I love to munch right from the garden, but good. I think it’s my coworker’s sneaky way to get me interested in soy, though. From there it’s just a short hop to tofu, a food I’ve sworn never to touch.
