Peri Peri Chicken

I picked up a can of this rub by a company called “Something South African,” which is really headquartered in Washington State. Whatever. My friend the Internet says Peri Peri is a spicy, pepper-based condiment popular in Southern Africa and Portugal. It tasted great on chicken, but it seems like it would be a good match for fish, too.
