Arroz Con Pollo

Okay, so this is just chicken and rice. But when you say it in Spanish, it becomes a new food. At least that’s what I’m going with as a rationale. (I used this recipe, with a few tweaks, and it was good.) The real new food in the dish was saffron, which I added on Mark Bittman’s say-so. Didn’t really notice it, though — taste or color — so I don’t think I added enough. Will continue to experiment.
