Yogurt was an inevitable step in this new food experiment of mine. Its creamy texture has landed it on the naughty list for years — not to mention my aversion to most bacteria cultures. I picked up Greek-style, since that seems to be all the rage these days, without realizing I was signing up for the cream-daddy of yogurts. But after the initial shock of it all — including a rather overzealous blueberry flavor — it really wasn’t all that bad. It’s so creamy that it almost crosses over into ice-cream texture. But more tongue-coating. I could probably get used to it.
