Day 177

Andouille Sausage

I’ve hit a bit of a snag … a late-season cold has robbed me of my sense of smell. And without my sniffer I can’t taste much. I could probably even eat eggs right now. So I don’t truly know if I like this. But I’m going to guess that I do, since the texture — my big problem with many sausages — was okay. Maybe tomorrow I’ll eat that jar of borscht I was avoiding, while I’m still tasting challenged.
