Goji Berries

Since — like other berries — gojis are packed with antioxidants and a rainbow of vitamin goodness, they’re often tagged with the “super food” label. (WebMD cites potential benefits ranging from cancer-fighting to mood-lifting.) But the dried versions have the same problem as every other dried fruit (I’m looking at you, raisins): they are all taste-bud terrors and texture nightmares.
