Frittata (Bacon and Potato)

The world has turned upside down: I liked this egg-laden dish. That’s because the recipe stuffed so many goodies in — bacon, onions, crisped potatoes, spinach — that it masked the hated egg smell and texture. This experiment is starting to resemble a Lifetime movie, with a predictable happy ending. But don’t worry … I’m sure I’ll despise something soon.

  1. I have a hard time believing that any quantity/combination of other ingredients would make the egg ickiness unnoticeable, but I’ll take your word for it!
