Continuing in the baked goods vein … found this while surveying the grocery bakery for an easy pick (weekend laziness). It was good, but I was silly and ate it like a cookie. It’s really a biscotti and should have been doused in coffee, my very favorite drink in the world. Except maybe beer. Next time I’m going to make these at home and pair with a seriously sludgy cup of Joe.
